Oslo tingrett slo i fjor høst fast at staten brøt EØS-retten da to leger utdannet i Danmark fikk avslag uten at det ble vurdert konkret om deres kliniske basisutdannelse (KBU) kunne godkjennes som del av LIS1. Oslo District Court ruled last fall that the state violated EEA law when two doctors trained in Denmark were rejected without specific consideration of whether their clinical foundational training could be approved as part of the LIS1. The state appealed. Now, the Norwegian Medical Association is again involved as a party helper as the case is brought before Borgarting Court of Appeal.-------- Link if available ----------
