En femtedel av de tillfrågade uppgav att tomma fastigheter medför betydande ekonomiska utmaningar. Kommunförbundet genomförde en enkät i kommunerna på fastlandet om situationen för de kommunägda social- och hälsovårdsfastigheterna. Empty social and health care properties cause financial challenges for 48 percent of municipalities, shows a survey conducted by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities. One-fifth of respondents stated that empty properties pose significant financial challenges.
